Cancellation/Shipping Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY : 

• You can cancel your COD orders within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 9875237896 or write to us at info.samratbedsheethouse@gmail.in to request a cancellation.
• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping all over INDIA is free.

Once the order is shipped, we send shipment information to the buyer's email id on the same day which will contain the tracking number and carrier service provider.
Most orders are ready for shipping within 1 day of ordering, some orders may take additional time.

Orders are generally delivered within a 5 - 7 business days time period.

We do not ship orders on Sundays or Indian holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on a given time period, we will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
